  Nattress Chroma Smoothing? Chroma Sharpening/

  I work PAL so i can not use Nattress Nicer but I need something similar to rise my time-line from DV to 8b Unc. Nattress got the Chroma Smoothing and the Chroma Sharpening, but just reading the instructions I get confused by the use of these two filters.
  Any help would be very apeciated.
