    Hi guys

I have 1440×1080 HDV footage captured, and im editing natively on a HDV1440x1080 sequence. I have serveral footages stacked on top of each other but it seems that if i stack footage above v3, i am forced re-render anything about v3. This means i cant acutally cut the footages and see the edit in realtime without having to re-render. Would a multiclip be a good work around? (However Im still not quite comforable using multiclips).

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Gus

Your system is not fast enough to support 4 layers of HDV material.

As I suspected. I will approach it from a multiclip alternative and go from there.

    Thanks for the response.

    Gus.
