  • Flash Video Encoder crash AE7.0 Pro – Any clue ?

    Hi everyone,

I’m trying to export FLV file with Alpha from AE7.0 Pro.
Actually, when I do that, the Flash Video Encoder Settings comes up , I choose my settings and click OK but when I do that it stops completely and I have to manually crash After Effects.

So I did some research and found on Adobe’s website this link about installing 2 files to their original directory which apparently is a common problem with Quicktime :

    FLV.qtx and MMxptResources.dll

    https://www.adobe.com/go/8ddcbd38

I put these 2 files in the QTComponents folder of Quicktime and copied them back to the System32 file. But it still crash AE7.0 🙁

Then I have uninstalled Flash8 Pro and the FLV encoder and reinstalled them all from the CD and still have the same problem in AE7.0.
Though when I open the Flash 8 Video Encoder and try to export a FLV from its window, it works perfectly…

Guys, I’m lost, if you have encounter the same problem and if you have solved it, I would owe you a big one on helping me on this one.

    Dr Troy, on panic… 🙁
