    I’m trying to convert a stop motion short film 1280*720 24fps to 720*486 30fps.
Where in the render settings i can do this in AE7 ?
    Thanks

In the render que click on the Render Settings to bring up the dialogue box. In there, under “Time Sampling” is a drop-down menu for Field Rendering. Since your comp will be 24fps (or 23.98), you’ll want to add 3:2 pulldown to bring it up to 30fps (29.97). Turn Field Rendering to Lower, then enable 3:2 pulldown “WSSWW. Check the right side of the window in the Frame Rate box to verify that the radio button labeled “Use this frame rate: 29.97” is selected.

You should be good to go.

I’m just mildly surprised that you’re asking this sort of thing comparatively late in the game.
