    Hi all,

I will edit together a 4 camera HDV multicam project soon. Anyone tried this yet?
What to look out for? Do I need a strong raid, or is processorpower/ram more important?
I have a dual 2.0Ghz G5 with DL HD, a raid that can handle uncompressed HD, 2,5Gb ram.

The show is 3 set of 40 minutes, plus extra arround 15 minutes. Plan is to cut each set
as a individual project. Master will be……? Don’t know yet….. Win Media HD, DivX HD,
H264, MPEG2? This project is not for broadcast so it will not be HDCAM or Digibeta.

    cheers,
    Robert

How did your production go? I am currently in pre for the same type of project shot on the SONY z1u. I am a little fearful because this is my first foray in HD of any kind. Any tips would be very welcome.
