  Premiere pro UI blurry in 4k monitor.

  Hello, guys!

  My premiere pro UI is blurry (kind of out of focus) when using a 4k monitor.

  I read somewhere that I should change the DPI settings in the properties.
  When I do that, the UI does not look burry anymore. But, everything looks really small. Panels, letters, etc

  Ill attach two screenshots for you guys to see.
  The first two are with the DPI settings at default. The other one is changing the DPI to “app”.

  Any help? Or this is the expected behavior?

  Also, it happens with other adobe apps such as Audition and Illustrator. But, with Photoshop and Lightroom, I have no problem at all.

  Couple of things. You need to use native resolutions for that monitor, or you will get blurry images/text on that monitor. 4k on a pc monitor, at the highest resolution, will result in small text and icons. You should have additional sizes you can select that are still native resolutions, or you’ll need to change your text size. Also, your video card needs to be able to do your resolution, or you can have blurry text – this includes the cables you use to attach to your monitor from the pc.
  So, with that, what is your video card, PC, monitor, and how are you connecting it all?

  Hi! Thanks for the reply.

  So, my pc is:
  i7-7700K
  LGA 1151 mATX PRIME B250M-PLUS
  VGA ASUS Geforce GTX1060 6Gb GDDR5
  4x HyperX FURY 8GB 2133Mhz DDR4 CL14
  970 evo 512gb ssd

  My display is a LU28E590DS.

  The cable I am using came with the display and it is a displayport cable.

  My windows zoom config is set to 150%, which is the recommended. My resolution is set to 3840×2160.

  So you have the magnifier zoom level to 150%? When you change that from 100% to 150%, is that when the text goes a little blurry? Looking at your specs, everything should power that monitor just fine. But I’m wondering if your zoom setting is causing the issue. I would try finding a different resolution that works, rather than use magnifier zoom setting. Also, along with changing resolutions, try changing rate as well to see if you can find one that works with your setup.
