  Avid Shortcut in Premiere?

  In Avid you can mark a section of a sequence in the timeline, hit option/clipboard and load it into Source.
  Is there a corresponding command in Premiere? All I have accomplished is loading the whole clip into Source, not just the marked section only.

  The match frame commands opens the selected clip in the source monitor with the used in and out points in place.
