i just upgraded to Mavericks 2 weeks ago. Premiere and the whole computer seem to be running MUCH better. zero crashes! but today, when i try to import into Premiere, i’m taken to the Finder navigator like usual, but i can’t OPEN a folder to dig deeper for specific files. i can only select and then import that one folder…which i dont’ want to do.

    any ideas???

thanks for helping out a bonehead!

Try using the Media Browser inside Premiere. It should read the folder/file structures. Once you navigate to the files you want, highlight them, and right-click to import.
