I have a project full of keyframes, images and effects, and audio. The whole video is 80 seconds and I want it to be 60 seconds.

Is there a way to speed EVERYTHING up on the project?

And for bonus points is there a way to lower the tone on the audio so that when I speed it up it doesn’t get so squeeky?

Probably the easiest way would be to nest the comp.
then Retime it in the new sequence. I believe the Speed and Duration setting allows for maintaining Audio pitch, but in my experience that never works to well. if you speed it up or slow it down, the pitch will change. not sure how one would correct that.

    hope that helps.

You could nest the sequence in a new sequence and use the rate stretch tool to pull it back to 60 seconds..
