  Adobe Premiere Pro Error

  While editing in Premiere CS3 (Education), playback will freeze up occasionally. It happens in both the Program and Source windows. When I press spacebar or play, the blue icon will switch from “stop” to “play,” but it will not playback. Nothing happens.

  If I scrub the playhead it will sometimes fix the problem. But other times it stays frozen. The other day it kept freezing up playback, even after several reboots. Any reason why? Probably something simple that I am overlooking.

  MacBook Pro
  10.4.11
  2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
  Intel Core 2 Duo
  Premiere Pro CS3 (Education Version)
