Greetings again. I’ve watched tutorials and surfed the web and it’s crazy, but I cannot see a way to save a custom transition of any kind, even when I alter an existing PP Pro transition.

The preset selection in the effects control pull down is not active.

    Many thanks.

Hello Ann. Does this mean that I have to re-build the same costume transition every time?

Is there any way to contact the PP 2015 developers? I use a lot of customized transitions

    Many thanks.

As a workaround, create a new sequence of clips with your effects attached, and just copy and paste the custom effects to clips in other sequences when you need them.

Does anyone know why they would have removed transition presets from 2015? And if they have any plan to bring them back? This seems like a pretty basic function for a non-linear editor.

The people who make these kinds of changes don’t edit anything – ever.

I’d love to have a sit down with these folks.

    Many thanks.
