  A png pic inserted into a title as a graphic doesn’t show

  I’ve tried to insert the following png pic as a graphic into a title but the canvas stays empty:

  Just shows up as an empty (white) page to me at the link you shared.

  OK, I see.. PrPro is not recognizing the alpha in that image correctly. I believe the same thing will happen if you save it into another format which supports the alpha transparency, such as PSD.

  A workaround is to put it on its own sequence and you can key it out and then use the sequence like a clip.

  I’m not sure that it’s a problem with all transparency scenarios in the titler, or just certain ones. But I did play around with different save/compression options in PS and none of that seemed to make it work right in PrPro. It could be a know bug or a design limitation. I’ll look into it.

  No, I see the alpha just fine in premier.. your image is 1609×905 which is an odd format… are you certain the png is not scaled outside of the viewing region of your sequence?

  What is the format of the sequence you’re attempting to bring this png into?

  Robert, there’s no problem if I put the png pic directly on the sequence.
  Only within the Titler I can’t see it.

  The resolution should be 1920X1080. I have no idea how you got 1609×905.

  Yes, I can repro it 100%. It’s a known issue, and I made sure there’s still a relevant report open for it. Still, it’s always good for users to report their own problems and feature requests here if possible:
