You title sequence should match the frame size of the film.

The size of image on the screen depends on the focal length of the projector lens and the distance of the projector from the screen. You could try to match the comp size to the resolution of the projector, but standard DVDs and video formats are usually acceptable.

The issue isn’t the screen size but the delivery medium. DVD? Hard Drive? Film?

You need to talk to a techie who will be receiving your file. Same as always.

I’m working on a spot to be projected digitally in the UK. I spoke to the techies over there, and they requested a standard-def PAL widescreen Digibeta tape. I used AE’s PAL widescreen preset for the graphics.
