  Can someone tell me why this is happening?

  Hi folks,
  In the timeline of my Premiere Pro sequence I am occasionally getting a single frame that has this distortion on it. The sequence setting is AVCHD 720P 29.97 frames per second. I’ve applied a fast color corrector as well as a lighting effect. Even after rendering-all this glitch will appear several times within the sequence and remains after output.
  Any ideas of why it’s happening and how to fix it will be greatly appreciated.

  It looks like the lighting effect to me.

  If you pull it off, does the problem go away?

  Thanks for the reply. The problem does go away when I turn off the lighting effect. I’ll have to work on another way to get the subject better lit. Cheers, Jim.

  I think that old Photoshop lighting effect has been neglected (and should probably just be deleted) for some time.

  Most people might use color correction to change contrast or key/fill ratios to some degree, but there really is no practical substitute for just lighting it correctly when you shoot it…
