  Constant Rendering in Premiere Pro

  I was shooting on a PMW Ex1 at the weekend and am hoping to edit the footage on Premiere Pro. Every time I import the MP4 files into Premiere Pro I have to render every shot and it is becoming tiresome. I have Transcoded to several different files all with the same result if anyone would have any suggestions that would save me having to render every clip it would be greatly appreciated
