I need help! Combine Stereo to Mono in Premiere
Hi. I have a stereo condenser microphone for my my camera, and I want to use it to record ambient noise(stereo), and dialogue(mono) in my movies, but the problem is that it’s a stereo mic so I can’t record in mono.
In adobe premiere, I usually use the fill left or fill right preset in the Audio Effects. That will take one of the channels, and duplicate them so it sounds like mono. But I want to COMBINE both channels, instead of just choosing one of them. There is no effect for that in Premiere.
In Vegas it’s easy, I can just right click the clip, and set the audio channels to “Combine”
is there any way to do this in premiere?
