  • Audio Loss on imported sequences – Premier pro cs4

    Hi Guys,

I am using Premier Pro cs4 and I’m having a problem importing sequences I have made from other Premier projects. All the settings are the same for both projects.

The problem is that I am getting no audio when I drag the imported sequence into the new sequence. All the files are nicely imported in their own folder/bin including the audio files, but no audio on the timeline. The visuals are all perfect including video, after fx and transisitons etc.

Also I’ve expanded the audio track and it has one straight line and no waveform. I did the same on the imported sequence and it also displays no waveform???

If anyone could explain how to sort this I’d really appreciate it.
    thanks.

Close Premiere, then locate and delete your media cache folder(s).
