  • Keypoints inaccurate in audio export?

    Hi,

I have a weird problem, and I hope this hasn’t been answered yet. I looked around in older posts, but couldn’t find a solution.

I have a sequence with video and audio, and in the audio material there are some clicks, which i cut out by using keypoints for the amplification envelope. That means I create 3 keypoints very close to each other and zero out the click this way. It works perfectly – in the preview (by hitting Space key). But when I export the video (or just the audio) the click is there, and my edits are somehow misplaced/not exactly where I did them.

How come the audio export is this inaccurate?

My solution now is to play back the sequence from the timeline and record this audio stream with a separate program. The resulting file I import to Premiere. But it’s not a very practical way.

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 on a Windows Vista system.

    Thank you for any help!

    Michael
