I am working with sequences that incorporate HD and SD footage. The SD is mostly in AVI and Quicktime while the HD is in m2t. Does anyone know if this will cause render problems when I go to output? If so what would be the best fix? Thanks.

As long as your frame rates are the same, you should be fine.

you might need to make the sd stuff larger in the frame cause the resolution will be differend – do this be simply enlarging it through the effect drop down and size it up.
