  after efx 7 crashes when importing bmd avi’s

  Hi all
  I posted this in the black magic forum also.. I have the production studio package. and when i import the footage that i captured through premiere 2.0 in to after efx it crashes,,, and other footage
  files work fine.. i havent tried the 10 bit black magic codec yet.. but the 8 bit caputerd avi’s are instant death.. It seemes that its a codec issue of after efx not seeing it… any ideas on how to fix this would be great…
