    Hi,

    Does anyone know you you can create customs speeds ? ie if i take a piece of footage can i automate speed changes so that i start a one speed and gradually get faster and faster ?

    It is not possible in Premiere Pro without cutting up the clip into short durations and changing each portion a little bit different than the last portion.

    You want After Effects to you can use Time Remapping.

    So their aren’t any speed changing plugins on the market – ones that i could automate/animate ?

    Latest version of Twixtor (4.5 I believe) will do this within Premiere Pro. The slow motion quality in Twixtor is about 100% better than in AfterEffects.

    Ah, the old speed ramp effect. I think the Twixtor (sp) plug-in gives you keyframable animation of frame rates. Their interpolation is better than PPro’s too. Goggle should find it for you, I don’t recall who makes it. Vision effects?
