April 13, 2005 at 8:51 pmIt is not possible in Premiere Pro without cutting up the clip into short durations and changing each portion a little bit different than the last portion.
You want After Effects to you can use Time Remapping.

April 14, 2005 at 1:21 amLatest version of Twixtor (4.5 I believe) will do this within Premiere Pro. The slow motion quality in Twixtor is about 100% better than in AfterEffects.
good luck,

April 14, 2005 at 11:03 pmAh, the old speed ramp effect. I think the Twixtor (sp) plug-in gives you keyframable animation of frame rates. Their interpolation is better than PPro’s too. Goggle should find it for you, I don’t recall who makes it. Vision effects?
