    Hi everyone!

I am trying to achieve this animated bokeh effect from the trailer for the film The Signal
    https://youtu.be/gwgfeR2pMuE?t=107

So I started to follow this tutorial :
    https://youtu.be/LJIW65ZW35k

Which has you using particle world and applying the Textured Disc Particle

The problem I am having is I cant seem to slow the animation down even with the velocity slider all the way to zero,
Secondly and most importantly, how can i adjust the direction of the animation? As you can see in the film trailer the bokeh is coming from left to right, I dont want it to live and die I want it to be on and come into frame.

    What would you suggest?

    Thank you.

did you set the gravity to really low as well?..but anyways this tutorial has you trying to fake it ..and it does not quite look as good does it. if you have the time to render do the same project with smaller particles and a stronger blur on the camera lens blur.
