I’m trying to move the texture inside the luma matte but it doesn’t work

it is working isnt it? the gold has taken on the shape of the text

no. because the texture is bigger and if I move it it doesn’t change on the txt

Weird it does seem like it’s working. Have you tried moving the texture underneath by changing the x,y coordinates in the position property instead of dragging with the mouse?
The only thing i can think of is something is stopping the layer from moving somehow. try moving it through the position property and if that doesn’t work try using the transform effect to shift it over.

I moved it on the X and Y I did it all it doesn’t change.
I realized it’s because the gold is a Layer style made in photoshop I think it’s because of that…
so I do I flatten the layer? (not in photoshop)
