The main question is how to achieve the same proportional combination between characters value ( the US Congress ) and position as the gif shows the characters being pulled with every single character reveal? any expression to help with that

    Thanks

I just did a text build like that the other day but couldn’t figure out an expression to do it. What I did was right justified the text. Went to where I wanted the word to be finished typing on and added a keyframe into the source text. Then worked backwards, moving a couple frames earlier on the timeline and deleting a letter. Did that until I was finished. If someone has an expression to automate the process, I would love to know what that would be.

Check example project for how I did it.

This is a text preset. in AE go to Animation > Browse Presets.
it’s going to open a folder on bridge.

    Go to Presets / Text / Mechanical / insertText.ffx
Double click to apply it on your selected text layer

them experiment with alignment or invert keyframes

from there you just need to time well the objects on the scene.

if you don’t have bridge go to
    (Your After Folder)\Support Files\Presets\Text\Mechanical\
