  Important Information for those Attending NAB

  Dear Registered NAB Show Participant,

  NAB Show has recently updated the show’s Health & Safety policies and protocols to require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result. To assist with verification, the NAB Show has partnered with WellCheck to set up a digital verification portal that all exhibitors, attendees and press will utilize to show proof of meeting one of the two requirements.

  For individuals that have been fully vaccinated, please take three minutes to submit your information and a picture of your COVID-19 vaccination card in the Verification Portal.

  Upon successful verification, your Digital Health Pass will be issued via email and text if a mobile phone number is provided. This pass is the key to avoiding delays during the registration process and is the fastest way to receive your show badge. Confirmation may take 48 hours.

  For individuals that plan to submit a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of picking up their show badge, please take a minute to select the choice to submit a negative COVID-19 test result in the Verification Portal. This will prompt a reminder email the week of April 18th to upload your negative test within 48 hours from the time you intend to pick up your show badge.

  Criteria for successful negative test verification:

  Molecular tests, such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests and antigen tests, often referred to as rapid tests are accepted.
  Tests may be taken by a medical health provider or be taken at home.
  The test must be administered within 48 hours of the time you intend to pick up your NAB Show badge.
  If you take a home test, a picture of the negative test against a piece of paper with your full name and date will be accepted as proof.

  Upload your information and proof of a negative test result into the Verification Portal as soon as you get your result. Timely submissions will produce successful verification and your Digital Health Pass will be issued via email and text if a mobile phone number was provided.
  If you do not receive your Digital Health Pass before you pick up your NAB Show badge, manual verification will be done at the Las Vegas Convention Center prior to show badge pick up.
