  keep effect inside the layer

  I’m from Brazil and I speak Portuguese. Perhaps the translation can get in the way and not be understood. See the attached image. I have this sound bar effect. I want to reduce this circle of sound bar, but I don’t want it to happen what I pointed with my finger, it is square, because the effect is only within the limit of the layer. Any suggestions on how to resolve this.

  I want to reduce the circle but the effect is normal and not limited to reduction. In this case, I used scale, but I couldn’t find any other way to do it. See the draft image

  Instead of using Polar Coordinates, use a circular mask with your Audio Spectrum, you can then keyframe the mask’s path for the size change.
