  Manually tracked Mocha data not importing into After Effects?

  So I tracked this TV in the background, and once the actors hand and cellphone went in front of it, I had to go frame by frame and track it.

  When I export tracking data though, it only exports the stuff that was actually tracked by mocha, none of my adjustments that I manually did when the hand and phone pass in front of the TV.

  How do I get my track loaded into After Effects? In mocha it plays back fine with the outline following where the TV is.

  the bar should be purple where you have keyframes . for some reason the manual adjustment you made were not registered. make sure you set the motion panel to manual track and the bar should turn purple on every adjustment:
