  Hi, I would produce a videoclip like this https://vimeo.com/31928186
  Now I have any questions:

  1) For example across the minute 1:41 to 1:43 and 1:50 to 1:54 how I do the animation like this on a person?
  2) The other animations is better to make with software like AI or can I use directly AE?
  3) If you want give me a tip, please.

  That’s a pretty basic drawing over the top of your video technique. It’s a frame by frame animation, so technically you could take it into Photoshop and then draw on the frames there. In fact, that’s how I’d do it I’d I had to. I’d also reduce the frame rate before drawing on it, which you can do on import into Photoshop. Just make sure you export the section of video frames you need so that you know what the start frame is. It’s also easier to work on chunks of video in Photoshop instead of the whole clip.
