  Kona output to Grade 1 monitor

  Hi all,

  We have in the past used a Barco CRT monitor to view SD output for broadcast to see the true interlaced image. Nowadays for HD we go through an AJA SDI to HD converter and straight to a domestic HD 1080p monitor. This gives us some guidance but we need to view the pure HD interlaced output so that we can check on issues like field priority for final broadcast material. Note: we work with both NTSC & PAL outputs.

  Any help/advice would be gratefully appreciated, even if it is only the name of a suitable inexpensive grade 1 HD monitor which might fit the bill.

  Flanders Scientific. We run the 2460W, the 1770W and the 1760W in our suites. All excellent Grade 1 reference monitors.
