  Optics Compensation with Reverse Lens Distortion and Optimal Pixels gives you something very similar. You just have to scale it up to fill the edges.

  Also Bulge effect with negative values looks similar.

  For more detailed control, you can use Mesh warp with 3 columns and rows.

  thanks, it does seem like fisheye with negative value does give a pretty similar look
