  Expansion Slot Utility says my Atto H680 is not working at full speed

  Hi eveybody. I just installed an ATTO H680 in my 2009 MacPro, which I intend to use with an external LTO 6 drive.
  As soon as I rebooted I got a message that said my recently installed card was not working at full speed,
  and the Expansion Slot Utility came up. Should I change this configuration or just let it be? Thanks in advance

  Hi Enrique,

  I think it’s in slot 2 which is a x1 slot and both your x4 slots have x1 cards installed.
  So I would swap slot 2 with the card in slot 3 or slot 4.

  Martin’s correct – swap the cards in slots 2 and 4 and then select Profile 1. This is the way that our 1,1 test units are configured. Quadro 4800 in slot 1, Sonnet PCIe Qio card in slot 2, USB 3 card in slot 3 and ATTO H680 or R680 in slot 4.
