    Hi!
After upgrading from FCPX 10.0.5 to 10.0.8 I lost all my Compound Clips / Multicam Clips.
I still have the event that was containing the clips, except the compound clips…I’m very afraid,is it possible to recover them?
    Best regards

There were some major changes to compound clips in 10.0.6.

When upgrading, it’s a good idea to make a copy of all your currentversion.fcpevent and currentversion.fcpproject somewhere FCPX won’t see in case you need to restore.

If you didn’t do that, hopefully there is a backup. If there is you might be able to downgrade and restore.

Final Cut should make a backup of the Events and Projects in an “Old Versions” folder in the Event or Project encompassing folder.

The problem is you will need to find a version of FCP 10.0.5 to use them again.
