  RGB + Alpha out of FCPX

  Hi,

  How do I export RGB + Alpha out of FCPX?

  Going into AE, but keylight doesn’t do as good a job as FCPX.

  Export your media using the ProRes4444 codec. I’ve not tested this with AE, but if it’s CS5.5 or CS6 and you’re using it on a Mac, I would expect this to work.

  I’ve often made some titles in FCP X, exported them as Prores 4444, and used them in FCP 7 above other layers, works perfect.
