  Strange colors in FCP X

  What are those extrange colors like false noisy pink and yellow on highlights on viewer (i have set my Prj on 1080p30 go pro material)
  And it’s like in some frames those false colors… no info found on web about this problem.

  I thought it was the icc i have but i set to the default and same issue…

  It looks like some sort of solarization in clipped highlights.

  If you look at the footage in Quicktime, does the problem persist?

  If you open the scopes, what does the waveform show for those areas?

  thats the weird think it’s not on the vectorscope or parade neither on the renders. Even if i go one frame on and then go back it’s no constant. is like this frame yes, this frame no, this frame was but now no… and on play is like solarization disco party…

  Well, it could be worse I guess? I’ve been to worse parties I’m sure.

  By any chance are your monitors extended? What’s your setup like?

  🙂 it’s directly on the main monitor of the MacBook Pro mid2010 2,66ghz i7 8ram.1440×900
  I will have to return to FCP7 which is working fine
