I was bored making a star filled sky. So I used the DIN plugin to make some random dots all over the place. I then used the Fractal Noise – Smoke Drifting. It only lasted 5 seconds though. The composition length was 7 seconds. Just curious how to extend it the full length of the composition?

The animated keyframes will be at arbitrary points whenever you use Animation Presets that have keyframes. In the case of the Smoke Drifting preset it sounds like the Evolution property only animates from 0;00 to 5;00. Select the layer you applied this preset to and hit ‘u’ to reveal animating properties, then find the Evolution property and move the last keyframe to the end of your composition. You may also want to increase the value of the last keyframe since you are increasing the duration of the animation (same change in value / larger period of time = slower rate of change).
