  Production Studio premuim upgrade from Video colleciton After effects has no keylight or colour finesse?

  Hello,

  I installed Adobe video collection premium studio from Video collection 2,5 cd pack. It took over 90mins to install the upgrade. When installed Adobe After Effects 7 pro does not have keylight or Colour Finesse plugins? I tried re-installing and adding extra adds on under add/remove production studio and still no luck?

  Does anyone know if it’s hidden on the upgrade dvd pack? I am in the UK so called US tech support and they wont answer me and will charge me they said to let me know the problem or where the files are so I can install. I think this is not a good attitude seeing I’m a loyal customer and just bought an upgrade and cant find the plugins or have option to install these?

  Can anyone please advise so i can re-install to get these plugins?

  Third party plug-ins like Keylight and Color Finesse always use separate installers. Insert disc 1 of the Production Studio installer. There’s links on the main menu, or you can browse the disc contents. They’re not hard to find.

  I’m curious- why did you call the US for tech support if you’re in the UK? Why didn’t you call the UK phone number? That just… perplexes me.

  Hello,

  I’ll look at disc 1 now. I called the US as the Uk office is clsoed for the weekend as I claled US 9.30pm in the evening. And they not open till Monday normal office times.
