  EasyDCP License Import Issue

  Pulling my hair out over an EasyDCP issue. Just purchased the EasyDCP License for Resolve 10. Followed all instructions and am now trying to import the license, but it keeps Erroring out. “Error: The License and Certificates could not be imported.” I have triple checked that I am using the correct password and the correct license. Is there some special wrapper or uninstaller/reinstaller I need to download? Anyone experienced a similar issue?

  EasyDCP support isn’t being very helpful on the issue.

  Hi, which Os and version are you using? Which exact version if Resolve?
  Can u post a screen shot of the error message with the screen menu visible? I presume you are trying to load the license on the same machine you used to generate your key?
