    does anyone know how to composite a green screen (foreground) and background shot together and color graded in context?

    I know on the baselight you can put the foreground on layer 1 and background on layer 2 and then grade each individual shot by keying the green screen, and play the action of both shots combined.

    i know warren eagles showed us to composite a shot against a still but would it work in version 8 with both moving images?

    You just use a node on layer 2 to key the green screen. Then right click to get an alpha output, and then feed the alpha from this node to the alpha output. You might need to invert the key.

    awesome =)

    i inverted the key and linked the background into the key and graded them both independent in context.

    thanks Rohit
