  • Clipping mask- strange line?

Hi guys, hope I can get a wee bit of help here with you. I’m using clipping masks in Illustrator but the line where I have circled has some strange pixellation issues where the two colours meet- does anyone have an idea how this issue can be fixed and cleaned up?

    Thank you guys!

Easiest fix I can think of is to include everything inside the mouth including the dark red inside color in the objects being masked by your clipping mask. By this I mean: make a larger area than your clipping mask for that dark red fill and then crop the whole lot (all four objects that make up the mouth) with a single clipping mask to the final mouth shape. That way you won’t have the two separate layers’ antialiasing creating an edge-like artifact.

Thank you! There’s still a slight problem, but a simple fix as popping a patch of colour between the two.

    Thank you!!!
