    Hi All,

I am trying to create a continuous path from the outline of a shape that then moves inside the outline spiralling towards the center of the object, essentially filling the inside shape. I am looking for an automated way as manually, i skew the angles and ends up messy and I have I have lots of vector shapes that need the same effect. The end result needs to be 1 continuous path. Would it be possible to create a script to do something like this? Thanks for any suggestions.

Here is a bad example to give you a rough idea, except without the connecting lines. https://tinyurl.com/6hnsrej

    thanks, Doug

Use the offset path command, Object>Path>Offset path.
You can assign a shortcut to it, so you don’t have to go the menu each time.
