  • Script or tool to toggle visibility(or audio) globally for certain sub layers?

    Hi gang.
My client wants me to export separate Voice-over, Music, SFX, and Picture versions of our project.
Many of the VO and SFX clips are pretty deep in sub-layers, since we’re animating mouths to voice clips.
Is there a way (tool/expression/product) to go in one time and re-label everything so that it can be effectively toggled at the top level so that I can more easily make these versions?

For example, I go in and everything that’s a sound effect, I start it’s layer name with “sfx…” Then, at the top level, I run a script that will turn on the visibility/audio only for layers that start with “sfx” so that I can do just a pass of these files.

Anything out there or any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Greg

The script Zorro will do most of this i believe.

Yeah, that’s almost perfect, but it looks like it’s limited to only the current comp. I need to be able to set up my project so that later I can toggle those little layers down in sub-comps.
