Camera motion paths are not visible

Check the “view options” flyout button at the top right of the comp window.

All the view option check boxes are checked and hiding is turned off.
This seems like a bug to me.

Oh yes I do.
Motion Paths are visible for all other objects, but not the camera, unless I create a new camera, which of course takes over in the active camera viewer. I see the motion paths of the camera if I look at, say, front view, but not in Camera 1 view.
I’ve never seen this before.

And furthermore I don’t get any axis handles as well, and this seems to be a problem at all my AE stations.

Hmm … so you can’t see the motion paths of the camera through which you are viewing?
So if you’re looking through Camera 1, you can’t see its own motion path?
I think that’s normal.

Nevertheless, if that’s the case, make a new camera and either parent it to camera 1 or pickwhip its position/rotation to camera 1 using expressions. So you will look through camera 2 and see camera 1’s motion path, and still be seeing things from camera 1’s vantage point.
