  Can I feed two monitors at once, one via composite and one via HDMI?

  I want to feed two monitors at once with my HMC-150. I want to use the HDMI output for one and the composite output for the other. Can i use both at the same time? I’m using it to connect to two different machines, one that has an HDMI input and one with a composite input, so a device that let’s me create two HDMI channels – like this https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/623899-REG/Kanex_HDMISP2_HDMISP2B_1x2_HDMI_Distribution.html – doesn’t solve the problem.

  I believe both outputs are active at the same time. It’s easy to test as you have the camera. Of course the quality of the two signals (HDMI vs. composite) will be noticeably different. Using the component out will get you closer to the HDMI out than the composite.
