  Barry’s book

  I’ve noticed Barry Green’s HVX book mentioned in several threads, but I can only find a DVD offered on Amazon, and nothing in print elsewhere. Sometimes it helps to have a book at hand when learning a new technology. Where can I find one of these, and soon?
