  Best export settings for FCP HD, DV format?

  I am using Final Cut HD in Tiger. I want to know the best Export Settings for Motion to use in FCP HD, also what is the best way you use a Motion Project in FCP HD?

  Don’t export. Just import the Motion project into FCP.

  OH GOOD LORD

  FILE>IMPORT

  DRAG DROP

  RIGHT CLICK > IMPORT

  or RTFM as there is an ENTIRE booklet of info on integrating the two apps that comes with both of them in the box and is under the help menu electronically.
