  Playing one chapter, then going back to scene menu

  I am trying to set up Encore with a scene selection screen to go to a chapter in a timeline with 5 chapters, play one of them, then after that one chapter, go back to the scene selection screen.

  I have figured out how to do it if I split the file into 5 pieces using overrides, but I am afraid that will upset the flow of it (it’s a fast pace music piece).

  So my two questions are:

  1. Can someone help me set up buttons to just play one chapter of a longer time line and then jump out of it?
  2. If I string together the 5 pieces, will there be a noticable break in the continuity? Even a frame?

  If you are using Encore 2.0, you can set chapter point end actions and do this.

  If you are using an earlier version, you must create separate timelines and playback will not be smooth.
