    Hey everyone,

I have a problem with my Hd link Pro. I have installed all the drivers, connected Hd link to my Mac, but when I run HD link utility it says; “An error occurred whilst initialising the HDLink. Please turn your HDLink off and then back on.” When I turn HD link back on its the same thing. I tried the same thing on my pc and it works perfectly. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jordan

    Hi

Are you using the same driver version on both platforms?

    regards

    Hi Joe,

Which HDLink Utility version do you have installed?

The most current firmware version. All of my options are greyed out and this error message is constantly happening upon launch.

    Hi Joe!

When you upgraded your HD Link Utility did you just upgraded it or did you re-install it?

Maybe try deleting your current utility and then install the newest one. Worked for me.

Thanks chief, just un-installed it and then re-installed it and updated the firmware on the hdlink pro, all is well now.
