I have installed intensity pro. I have HDV 1080i video already on the timeline in both FCP and Premiere (mac) am trying to view output on HDTV through the intesity pro but get no display on hdtv. hdmi cable is good. Blackmagic support site has no trouble shooting for this problem. Have current drivers for intesity pro

    Same here !
No output through HDMI since yesterday !
I have reinstalled all the system, applications and drivers, move the card from a slot, use others cables… I still can’t get signal from the HDMI output !

EVERY weeks I have issues with this product…
Don’t know if it’s software or hardware related, but what a great product it would be if it was stable :-/

Finger crossed for a tech’ support answer.

I would recommend both of you guys give us a call so we can work this through directly. There is not alot of information in this post to work with, and the support guys don’t always get on these forums to check out the issues.

    Sincerely,

    Joshua

I am waiting for an answer from BM support. Can you please give me some advice meanwhile. How did you solve your problem? Thank you.

I returned the card to the EU office.
They’ve tested it and found it faulty.
It was still warranted so I had only to pay the carrier.
