  no output on decklink SP

  Hi I have just installed a decklink SP card on to my XP machine ( has a geforce 5500 graphics card that i use to run 2 21″ displays) running Premiere Pro.

  i can capture OK but have no output YUV to my Beta sp deck or monitormonitor i have tried all combinations but i can not gett any output from the card

  please in need of serious help have client brathing down my neck

  Have you checked in DL Hardware control that you are using YUV output and not Y output (composite) ? Do you have any output at all? BW/switched color channels, noise, anything?

  checked in DL Hardware control set for YUV, output is black, on sdi all i have is Snow but the sound is ok both on analog and didital outputs i have also tried the composite out

  do you know if the decklink sp works with premiere pro 1 ( i do not have version 1.5)

  i have installed al the lates drivers frlom the decklink site also runining windows Xp profesional service pack 2
